They're called buzzer boards, lockout boards, college boards and any number of other names. These are setup for 2 teams of 4 players each. Each player has a "buzzer". When the button is pressed, a "buzzer" sounds, the player's indicating light is turned on and all other players are "locked out" until the reset button on the control panel is pressed. The control panel has a bonus button which will light all the lights on the team that buzzed. The control panel also has lights to indicate which player buzzed. These are also equipped with a 3 second light (used in the Bible Bowl program) that comes on when the buzzer sounds and turns off 3 seconds later.
